Associate Dentist

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our thriving children's dental practice in Santa Maria, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist seeking a flexible part-time schedule with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the practice continues to grow.

You'll join a supportive, experienced team in a patient-focused office where you can concentrate on providing exceptional care while building long-term relationships with children and their families.

27% of adjusted production (whichever is greater)

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active California dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
Excellent communication and patient care skills

Pediatric experience is welcome but not required
