Associate Dentist – Saturdays Only

Park West Dental is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist for a consistent Saturday position at our established, privately owned practice in Houston.

Saturdays have a strong existing patient base and consistently high demand. The office typically operates at least three active scheduling columns on Saturdays and frequently runs four. This is an established schedule—not a position where the associate must build a patient base from the ground up.

PPO and Medicaid/Medicare patient mix
Digital clinical systems and workflow
Experienced clinical and administrative support
Organized and efficient scheduling
We are looking for a clinician who can independently manage a productive schedule, perform comprehensive examinations, present appropriate treatment, and follow cases through completion.

Associate Compensation
Compensation is calculated monthly based on the associate’s collected revenue:
30% of collections up to $50,000
31% of collections between $50,001 and $75,000
32% of collections above $75,000
These percentages are applied marginally. There is no production cap, and monthly collection reports are provided.

Initial Daily Guarantee
During the first 90 days, the associate will receive the greater of:
$750 for each clinical day worked; or
Earned collection-based compensation
Preferred Clinical Background
The right candidate should:
Be comfortable with comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
Independently manage a busy clinical schedule
Communicate treatment recommendations clearly
Take responsibility for case presentation and follow-through
Understand and monitor personal production and collection metrics
Be proficient in restorative dentistry and routine extractions
Have experience with molar endodontics and surgical procedures, preferably
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active and unrestricted Texas dental license
Consistent Saturday availability
At least two years of clinical experience preferred
Recent production or collection history available upon request, if applicable
