Ideal for dentists seeking a long-term position in a private practice focused on comprehensive dentistry and clinical growth. Dental Care Seattle is a privately owned, multi-doctor practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join our clinical team in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.

We are looking for a dentist who views their role as both a clinician and a leader within the practice. Our doctors take ownership of patient care, support the clinical team, and contribute to a culture built on professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Dentistry is constantly evolving, and we value doctors who actively pursue continuing education, refine their clinical judgment, and strive to deliver increasingly comprehensive care for their patients. Our clinical philosophy emphasizes thoughtful diagnosis, risk assessment, and comprehensive treatment planning that supports long-term oral health.

Associate Opportunity
The associate will be supported by experienced assistants, a strong hygiene program, and well-established systems that allow doctors to focus on patient care and clinical decision-making. Our practice has a steady flow of patients, but we do not rely on external marketing or high-volume advertising. Growth in the associate’s schedule will come through thoughtful diagnosis, comprehensive treatment planning, and building trust with patients over time. This role is best suited for a dentist who is confident diagnosing comprehensive care and enjoys developing treatment plans that improve long-term oral health.
