Overview
We have an incredible team, in a beautiful office, located in an incredible small town east of Syracuse. We currently have two dentists, 4 hygienists, 4 assistants, 3 administrative/reception staff up front. We are looking for a kind, good natured dentist to join our team. Our reputation in our community is very important to us. Our primary goal is to care for our patients.
We do not participate with any insurances, so your potential income is not decrease by insurance write-offs! We have plenty of patients to keep you as busy as you want to be. You will have control over your schedule. I bought this practice just over a year ago, and we are so busy we need another dentist to help care for the needs of this region. I like to have a great time while working. My primary goal as an employer to to make sure my staff are so happy and taken care of that they have no desire to consider working elsewhere!
I can offer between 36-40% of adjusted production, depending on the type of contract you choose. Depending on your speed, efficiency, and types of procedures you prefer, you could easily make $250k+ as a newer dentist, and $400-500k as an experienced provider. If you place implants and enjoy endo, you could make even more. We currently refer out most endo and all implants, so you could have a lot of those high prodiction cases.
I am hoping for a full time associate, but am open to part time as well. You can choose how many days per week to work. Let me know if you want to see the practice and meet our team.
