What We're Looking For:
DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active Maryland dental license
Strong clinical skills in general dentistry; additional skills (e.g., Invisalign, endo, implants) are a plus
Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
A team player who values integrity, growth, and providing compassionate care
