Job Description
We are a thriving, high-performance dental practice looking for a rock star Dental Associate to join our team; full-time and part-time opportunities are available. You'll be part of a dynamic work environment, trusted to contribute to improving the lives of our patients.
We're Looking For a Dentist who:
Has a positive, growth-minded attitude.

Enjoys being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Either high-performing already, or eager to become one.
Good communication skills that help educate patients on the value of dentistry as well as communicate with team members in a proactive manner.

A competitive salary + commission structure (30% of collection above your daily goal)
Office pay for the Lab fee.

In office CE training and hands-on mentorship with Dr. Martinez.

Your Role & Impact
As a General Dentist at Sonrise Dental, you will:
Deliver excellent, evidence-based care that earns patient trust.
Handle a wide variety of cases - from everyday dentistry to advanced procedures - With full support.
Collaborate daily with peers, specialists, and lab team members.
Grow personally and professionally while helping others do the same.

NURTURING RELATIONSHIPS-Listen with two ears and one heart, build long-lasting relationship with our patients-Take time to listening to the patient, learn about his personal life, share about you with them, have open communication with patients, write cards to patients for special occasions, send text message, call them in their birthdays
PURSUING GROWTH AND LEARNING-The more we learn, the more we can serve. At Sonrise Dental, we are committed to learning-We do working lunch twice a week(Tuesday and Th), we travel for continuing education and are committed to take personal training using different Sonrise Dental training programs
COMMUNITY SERVICE-Findings ways to give back to Pinellas County Community-Outreaches, community service, Giveaways, Giving Donations to local charities
