Job Description

Associate Dentist - Southern Shore Dental

Full-Time | New Grads Welcome

The Opportunity

Southern Shore Dental is a well-established, community-rooted practice just outside St. John’s with steady patient flow and a schedule that stays consistently full. This is a full-time role where you step into immediate production, with a loyal patient base already built, and a team that knows how to support you properly. You’re be stepping into something that’s already built.

The Practice Environment & Clinical Growth

We are a collaborative, respectful team with strong hygiene support, dedicated assistants, and systems that keep the day running smoothly. The culture is steady, positive, and genuinely team-first.

We are a true full-scope general practice with room to grow. Digital workflows, modern imaging and scanning, and sedation support give you the ability to expand your clinical scope over time; whether that’s strengthening your foundation or pushing into more advanced procedures.

You’re the Right Fit If…

You value a team that works well together and supports each other

You want consistent demand and the ability to build strong patient relationships

You’re motivated to grow clinically in a stable, well-run environment

You’re comfortable working independently while still having support when you need it

You’re a new grad looking for the right first opportunity — or an experienced dentist looking for consistency and balance

About You:

Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
