Dowlen Oaks Dental is looking for a bilingual Associate Dentist who is fluent in Spanish and English. We have a full schedule, an established patient base, and a growing number of Spanish-speaking families who need a doctor they can communicate with comfortably.
You will step into a busy practice with strong earning potential, a flexible schedule, practical mentorship, modern technology, and a team that wants you to succeed.
What You Can Expect
Up to 35% of adjusted production
Daily guarantee of up to $1,000, based on experience
A steady patient schedule from the start
Flexible full-time or part-time options
A growing Spanish-speaking patient base
Mentorship in oral surgery, endodontics, cosmetics, and advanced procedures
Modern technology and a dependable clinical team
What We’re Looking For
Fluent in Spanish and English
DDS or DMD degree
Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure
A doctor who communicates well and genuinely enjoys caring for patients
New graduates are welcome
Experience in pediatrics, endodontics, oral surgery, or implants is a plus
Dowlen Oaks Dental is located in Beaumont, Texas, in the heart of Southeast Texas’ Golden Triangle.
