We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, with experience utilizing dental software and technology. Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues using advanced tools and techniques.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures.
Utilize dental software such as AbelDent for charting.
Provide pediatric dental care, ensuring a gentle and caring approach tailored to young patients.
Take and interpret digital radiographs; utilize CAD technology for designing restorations when applicable.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Experience working with dental software such as AbelDent is highly preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Prior experience in a dental office setting is advantageous.
Familiarity with CAD technology for restorative procedures is a plus.
Experience providing pediatric dentistry services is desirable but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
