This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Days available: Sundays

Compensation
25% of collections
$800 per day guaranteed for the first 60 days
No production cap
Clinical Expectations
Applicants must be comfortable performing:
Molar root canal therapy
Surgical and non-surgical extractions
Comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
This role requires clinical independence and the ability to manage a productive schedule.

Full Time
Approximately 11-hour shifts
Our extended hours reflect patient demand and help support production opportunities.
