As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental treatments, fostering positive patient relationships, and contributing to the ongoing success of our practice. Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using medical imaging and dental terminology.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including general dentistry procedures such as dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Conduct advanced procedures such as dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry as needed.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed using aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering trust and client communication skills.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort.
Skills & Clinical Experience
General dentistry and comprehensive treatment planning
Molar Endodontics / Root Canal Therapy
Dental implant placement and restoration
Surgical and complex extractions
Third-molar (wisdom tooth) extractions
Alveolar bone preservation / socket grafting
Oral surgery and minor surgical procedures
IV sedation — certification/experience strongly preferred
Diagnosis and management of dental emergencies
Digital dentistry and intraoral scanning
Strong patient communication and treatment presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a busy, growing practice
Team-oriented with excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
