Job Description
Thunderbird Dental in Langley, BC is excited to welcome a motivated, patient-focused part-time Associate Dentist to its close-knit Walnut Grove practice. This boutique-style clinic is built on long-standing relationships, high-quality care, and a strong family-oriented culture with team members of 10–16+ years. The ideal associate is confident, compassionate, and able to provide a full range of general dentistry while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The clinic is fully equipped with modern technology, including a brand-new CT/CBCT machine, and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can work independently while being part of a trusted, community-focused team

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

COMPENSATION:
Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis, with numeration equal to 40% of collections.
SCHEDULE:
16-24 hours per week
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
Registered or in processing of registering with the:
British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia
A licensed Associate Dentist in good standing
We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
1-2 year of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is ideal, open to new grad
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to excellence
A patient-first mindset and excellent communication skills
A team-oriented approach and a desire to build lasting relationships
Experience with a wide range of procedures is an asset
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
