Job Description
Associate Dentist
Birch Street Dental is excited to welcome an Associate Dentist who is energized by meaningful, community‑centered dentistry. At our locally owned, 10‑operatory practice in Kalkaska, you will step into a modern environment where general dentistry meets innovative technology, and every patient interaction is designed to exceed expectations. Qualifications:
Interest and/or proficiency in other areas of practice aside from General Dentistry including but not limited to extractions, molar endodontics, implant placement and more
1-year clinical experience preferred – open to new Dentist graduates
Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
Experience with dental practice management software
Solid understanding of HIPAA, OSHA, and employment law
Schedule:
Monday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
*Flexible schedule design can be discussed in a further interview
Compensation:
$145,000/year guarantee + 30% of net production after break-even point
*previous doctor grossed $361,000+ in 2025
