Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality treatment and exceptional patient experiences. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing, planning, and executing dental treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Conduct various procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, crowns, and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice as an Associate Dentist.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
Proficiency in Itero technology is desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients effectively.
