Job Description

Harborside Dental is seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing private practice in beautiful Wells, Maine.

Located just minutes from the Southern Maine coastline, our practice combines the benefits of a thriving, established patient base with the exceptional quality of life that comes from living and working in one of New England's most desirable coastal communities.

We are a privately owned, two-doctor general dentistry practice known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our patients consistently recognize our team for professionalism, kindness, and clinical excellence, resulting in outstanding patient loyalty and a reputation as one of the area's most trusted dental practices.

This position has been created due to continued practice growth and expansion—not to replace an existing provider. This growth creates an exciting opportunity for an associate dentist seeking both professional development and substantial earning potential.

Removable prosthetics
Fixed implant-supported prosthetics and fixed dentures
Comprehensive treatment planning
Preventive and periodontal care
Experience with Invisalign, implant placement, and molar endodontics is a plus but not required. Our current providers offer clear aligner therapy, and we are open to discussing how orthodontic treatment may fit into the associate's clinical interests and goals.

We value dentists who are committed to lifelong learning, ethical treatment planning, and building lasting relationships with their patients. We support continuing education and professional growth and encourage associates to pursue clinical interests that align with their goals and the needs of our patient population.
