Associate Dentist Opportunity – Decatur, AL
We are excited to partner with Decatur Family Dentistry, a well-established, doctor-led practice in Decatur, Alabama, seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry and is confident performing root canals, clear aligner therapy, and extractions. You'll join a thriving practice with a loyal patient base, advanced technology, and a supportive team committed to clinical excellence.
Position Details
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Projected Start Date: August 4, 2026
Experience Preferred: 3–5 years

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dentist with a strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry who is comfortable performing:
Comprehensive and restorative dentistry
Root canal therapy (strong emphasis)
Clear aligner treatment
Simple and surgical extractions
Crown and bridge
Emergency dentistry
Treatment planning and patient education
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Alabama dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Commitment to delivering exceptional, comprehensive care
