Perform pediatric dentistry procedures with sensitivity and expertise tailored to young patients.
Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Maintain detailed medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-treatment care to foster informed decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to ensure infection control standards are rigorously followed using aseptic techniques.
Manage patient assessments efficiently using dental terminology and healthcare diagnosis skills to deliver personalized care.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other practice management software.
Contribute to the growth of the practice by participating in community outreach and patient retention initiatives.
Demonstrate excellent client communication skills to build trust and ensure patient satisfaction throughout their treatment journey.
Skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures along with specialties such as pediatrics, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implantology.
Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, and oral surgeries with aseptic technique adherence.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and anatomy knowledge relevant to dental diagnosis and treatment planning.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages using clear explanations of dental terminology and treatment options.
Knowledge of infection control protocols aligned with OSHA standards and HIPAA privacy regulations.
Excellent client service skills with a focus on patient care and assessment for diverse needs including pediatric dentistry.
Capacity for working in fast-paced environments utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques for efficiency.
Understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes within dentistry combined with medical terminology expertise for accurate documentation.
Join us if you’re ready to elevate your career by combining clinical excellence with entrepreneurial opportunity—where your skills can lead directly toward owning your own successful practice!
Our office is small with 4 chairs total but we are relocating our office to a space double the size. We produce well over 100k with 2 hygiene operatories and 2 restorative operatories and the new office will have 8 operatories. This practice is growing! With all new staff who work wonderfully together we are looking for a provider who is ready to jump in with us on this growth opportunity. We use Open Dental for our software and NexHealth as our patient payments and communications. We practice general dentistry at our office. We offer the following:
Clear aligners for ortho, nightguards, crowns, fillings, SRPs, composite bonding, dentures, implant crowns (we do not have a provider currently who is confident to do implant placement but we do have a CBCT scanner), we also do some extractions in office as well. We would love to find a provider to expand what we offer and are also open to a new graduate to guide into this field.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
