Wylie Village Dentistry is a private, doctor-owned practice serving our community for over 20 years. We're looking for an associate dentist who wants to own their cases end to end — diagnose with confidence, present their own treatment, and build patients who ask for them by name.

This is not a "see the easy cases, refer the rest" seat. It comes with something most associate jobs don't offer: a structured 90-day onboarding and mentorship plan with a 21-year practice owner — weekly calibration sessions, clear production benchmarks you'll see before you sign, and a defined path to a full schedule with expanding case complexity.

What your first year looks like:

- Days 1–30: calibrate side by side with the owner — shadowing both directions, simpler cases first, confidence before load

- Days 31–60: your own treatment planning, coached case presentation

- Days 61–90: full schedule, complex cases, your patients

- Beyond: growing case mix, targeted CE in the procedures you want, and a clear production growth path
