Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Endodontist to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities
Perform root canal treatments, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other complex endodontic procedures with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history review, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging using advanced medical imaging technology
Develop individualized treatment plans based on accurate dental diagnosis and patient needs while adhering to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare standards
Collaborate seamlessly with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies
Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with healthcare diagnosis protocols and legal requirements
Ensure strict infection control practices using aseptic techniques during all procedures to safeguard patient health
Educate patients on treatment options, post-operative care, and oral health maintenance to foster informed decision-making
Requirements
Dental degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice dentistry in the state
Proven experience in endodontics or advanced training in root canal therapy and related procedures
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient record keeping and scheduling
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Ability to perform dental extractions, oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry as needed for comprehensive patient care
Familiarity with dental fabrication techniques and medical imaging tools for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Excellent client communication skills to ensure a positive patient experience from assessment through follow-up care
Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and adhering to all state healthcare regulations governing dental practice
Experience in general dentistry or dental clinic environments is highly desirable
