Job Description
We are a premier, highly-rated, fee-for-service private dental practice in Annandale, VA, seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our team on a part-time / visiting basis.
Our practice generates internal endodontic referrals (complex root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies), allowing you to step into a fully booked schedule from Day 1 without worrying about building a patient base from scratch.

[Job Details]
Job Type: Part-time / Contract (1099)
Schedule: Flexible (1 to 4 days per month)
Pay Rate: $1,500.00+ per day guarantee AND 35%–40% of Adjusted Production (Whichever is higher)
Location: Annandale, VA
[Key Responsibilities]
Perform high-quality endodontic procedures, including initial root canal therapy, complex retreatment, and surgical endodontics (apicoectomies).
Diagnose dental pain and pathology using advanced imaging and clinical evaluation.
Deliver an exceptional, comfortable, and pain-free patient experience.
Collaborate with our General Dentist and hygiene team for comprehensive patient care.

State-of-the-Art Facility: Fully equipped with CBCT, Digital Intraoral Scanners, and Laser/Ozone systems to support your efficiency and precision. (will get microscope too)
Dedicated Clinical Support: Experienced, trained Dental Assistants who handle setup, breakdown, and chairside assist specifically for endodontic procedures.
Competitive Compensation: Top-tier daily guarantee vs. percentage of production.
Complete Clinical Autonomy: You make all diagnosis and treatment plan decisions.
[Qualifications]
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Successful completion of an accredited Advanced Specialty Education Program in Endodontics.
Active Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endodontics.
Active Virginia Dental License (or in the process of obtaining).
Active DEA certification and Malpractice Insurance.
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
Pay: From $1,500.00 per day
