Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements.

Conduct thorough patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing dental conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards.

Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.

Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws.

Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.

Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for accurate diagnosis.

Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.

Communicate effectively with patients to educate them about oral health practices and treatment procedures, ensuring positive client experiences.

Manage dental fabrication processes such as crowns or bridges when necessary.

Stay current with advancements in general dentistry practices, including the use of electronic health records systems like Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.

Experience
Valid state license to practice dentistry with current credentials.

Proven experience in general dentistry within a busy dental clinic or office setting.

Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and implantology preferred.

Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes.

Knowledge of medical imaging techniques and anatomy relevant to dental procedures.

Experience adhering to infection control standards and maintaining sterile environments using aseptic techniques.

Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes combined with excellent client communication skills.
