Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will perform a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning, while adhering to the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Duties
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine dental health and treatment needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and preferences.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Utilize OpenDental software for patient records management and appointment scheduling.
Educate patients on oral health practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following infection control protocols.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Experience
Proven experience as a Dentist with a strong background in various dental specialties.
Proficiency in dental terminology and anatomy knowledge is essential.
Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within a clinical setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
