Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality medical services. This role involves diagnosing and treating a variety of health conditions, managing patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. Experience in hospital settings and familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Cerner is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including pain management
Provide preventive care and health education to patients
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems
Collaborate with specialists for referrals and coordinated patient care
Participate in research initiatives to improve healthcare practices
Collect data for quality improvement projects and patient outcomes
Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses
Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards in documentation
Requirements
Medical degree from an accredited institution with valid licensure to practice medicine DDS/DMD
Previous dental experience preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care protocols
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
