Are you a passionate dentist looking for a practice where you can make a lasting impact on patients' lives while working with a supportive, patient-focused team? Family Dentistree is seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our growing private practice.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using advanced medical imaging and dental terminology.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for general dentistry procedures such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and dental implants.
Utilize electronic health record systems to accurately document medical records, treatment notes, and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Execute four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to all state healthcare regulations.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions while fostering a positive client relationship.
Skills
Proficiency in dental office software for seamless patient management.
Extensive knowledge of dental diagnosis, medical terminology, anatomy, and infection control practices.
Skilled in performing dental extractions, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and implant placement.
Ability to interpret medical imaging accurately for diagnosis and treatment planning.
Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and state healthcare regulations to ensure patient privacy and legal adherence.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to educate patients about their oral health effectively.
Experience with dental fabrication processes and managing complex cases involving pediatric dentistry or anesthesiology when necessary.
