Family-Focused Private Practice | 3–4 Days/Week | Flexible Schedule | Production-Based Pay | Health Insurance | Retirement Savings Plan

Are you a compassionate, patient-centered dentist who enjoys caring for families across generations? We are a warm, privately owned family dental practice seeking an Associate Dentist to join our supportive team and grow with us. Our office is built on strong relationships, clinical excellence, and a commitment to treating every patient like family.
Position Highlights:
Associate General Dentist
Hours: 8:00-3:00 Monday-Thursday and 8:00-2:00 Friday
3–4 days per week (21–28 hours)
Flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle
Compensation: Percentage of adjusted production based on experience and clinical skill
Supportive, team-oriented environment
Established and growing patient base, averaging 50 new patients per month
Modern digital technology: Cerec, Primescan, Itero Lumina, digital X-Rays
Autonomy with mentorship available if desired
Who We're Looking For:
A general dentist with a genuine passion for family care
Friendly, confident, and collaborative
DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Licensed and in good standing to practice dentistry in Idaho
Comfortable providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages
