Job Description
Associate General Dentist — Privately Owned Practice | Up to 4 Days | Mentorship Available Pay: $160,000 – $400,000/year (commission-based on collections)
About us We're a privately owned, technology-forward general dental practice on a mission to improve lives through positive connections — not just great smiles. We practice complete health dentistry, which means we look at the whole person: airway, systemic connections, and long-term wellness, not just the chief complaint. No corporate quotas. No overtreatment. Just excellent, patient-centered care delivered by a team that genuinely loves what they do.
Our office is equipped with hard and soft tissue lasers, 3D printing, optical scanners, air polishing, Invisalign, electric handpieces, CBCT, and appliances for sleep, breathing, and facial development. Our assistants hold RDAEF2 licenses. Our hygienists are superstar educators. And our owner dentist is hands-on, accessible, and committed to mentoring the right person.
The opportunity We're looking for a dentist who wants to grow — clinically, professionally, and financially — in an environment that will support them every step of the way. Up to 4 days per week available. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to build something, not just fill a chair.

What we're looking for
DDS or DMD with an active California dental license
Active DEA license and current malpractice insurance
Comfortable performing all phases of general dentistry
Someone who is kind, communicative, and genuinely team-oriented
Curiosity and a growth mindset — we're always evolving, and we want you to evolve with us
Bonus if you have experience with: Invisalign, lasers, implants, oral surgery, or airway/sleep dentistry — but we're happy to train the right person.
