Associate General Dentist - Austin & Cedar Park Location
We are a Private General Practice Dentistry located in Austin, TX 78757 and Cedar Park, 78613 and considering to add an Associate General Dentist to our highly motivated and hardworking team. Looking for that individual who has a great potential to provide all aspects of Dentistry, keeping most of the procedures in house. This position is for two locations, Austin (78757) and Cedar Park (78613) with option to work 2-3 days at each location. Additional option includes to work on Saturdays for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Include (Not Limited):
· Motivated to work in self paced setup.
· Provide quality dental care for patients of all ages involved.
· Evaluate comprehensive full mouth exams to diagnose dental conditions.
· Educate patients on oral health care and provide regular maintenance advice.
· Prepare treatment planning options and discuss comfortably with patients.
· Update patient’s medical records in time for the treatment procedures completed.
· Maintain highest standards in dental practice, ethics and professionalism.
· Inquisitive of new developments and technology in dentistry, keeping up with continuing education professional courses.
· Able to lead the team as needed and work in conjunction with operations team.
· Have a vision to set and achieve established monthly goals for the team.
· Mentor and educate the staff as needed on technical and operational aspects.
· Gentle and caring with patients and able to establish a long term confidence.

Qualifications:
· Must have a DMD or DDS degree
· Licensed to work in Texas
· CPR/AED Certification
· Basic minimum Computer skills
· Effective communication in English

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per day
