Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our growing team. This is an on-site position available in the Municipality of Trujillo Alto in Puerto Rico, with flexibility of a part-time or full-time nature. The Dentist will be responsible for performing comprehensive dental procedures, diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, and delivering preventive care. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team of dental professionals to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Execute a range of dental procedures, including restorations, prosthodontics, and preventive treatments.
Provide education on oral hygiene and preventive care to patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient care and experience.
Maintain professional development and stay updated on advancements in dental techniques and technologies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in performing dental procedures and diagnosing oral health issues.
Proficiency in providing preventive dental care and patient education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in clinical work.
Doctorate in Dentistry (DDS/DMD) from an accredited institution.
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in Puerto Rico.
Active enrollment as a provider with local medical insurance is required. (We offer support for insurance enrollment if needed.)
