Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a holistically-minded Associate General Dentist to join our growing, patient-centered practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, digitally driven office that prioritizes strong patient relationships, clear communication, and comprehensive care.
The ideal candidate is someone with excellent chairside manner, strong clinical skills, and a genuine passion for delivering thoughtful, patient-focused dentistry.
This is a part-time position, with Mondays required and Tuesdays optional. Our office is rapidly growing so additional opportunities may apply.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, and root canal therapy.
Assess patients’ oral health through thorough examinations and diagnostic procedures utilizing dental imaging and medical records.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and dental terminology knowledge.
Maintain accurate and efficient documentation using Curve Hero practice management software.
Maintain strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort during procedures like prosthodontics and endodontics.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate General Dentist.
Proven experience in general dentistry with a strong background in dental office operations and clinical procedures.
Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for managing medical records and scheduling.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and delivering compassionate service in a holistic environment.
