The basic salary is $800 a day + %
Duties
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical/dental history review, utilizing advanced dental terminology for accurate diagnosis.

Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such as fillings, crowns, root canal therapy on molars and premolars, dental extractions, implants , and endodontics with precision and care.

Utilize dental imaging technology and medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.

Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring confidentiality of patient information.

Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health.

Stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures by participating in ongoing education and training sessions.

Desire to be coached and learn our office flow, Mentorship offered .

Continue education offer once a year , paid by the office after 1 year in the position
Qualifications
Valid Florida state license to practice dentistry
DEA license
Spanish speaking is a plus
Capable to do posterior teeth root canals
Knowledge of Open Dental Software is a plus
At least 2 to 3 years old experience
It is a plus if experience with oral surgery, root canal therapy, crown and veneers, endodontics, and other specialty procedures such as Implant placement and socket grafts.

Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate treatment options clearly.

Pay: $800.00 per day
