Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused, and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional clinical care while creating a positive and comfortable experience for patients. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a well-established PPO/FFS patient base.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and evaluate patients of all ages.
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide a full range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and emergency care, such as fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, and extractions.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with practice policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to deliver outstanding patient care.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of a GPR or AEGD program preferred.
1–2 years of clinical experience is a plus.
Active state dental license in good standing with no restrictions.
Current DEA registration, CDS license (if applicable), and professional malpractice insurance.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, clinical procedures, and patient record management.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred.
Experience with molar endodontics and implant placement is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Dedication to providing high-quality, ethical, and patient-centered care.
Compensation
$600 daily guarantee or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater.
Schedule

Initial schedule: Mondays or Wednesdays
