Associate General Dentist - Established Family Practice

We are a well-established, respected, family dental practice in Vadnais Heights looking for the right Associate General Dentist to join our team.

This is not a corporate clinic. This is not a revolving-door dental office. This is a long-standing practice with deep patient relationship, a loyal team, strong hygiene flow and doctors who are willing to mentor, support, and help the right person grow.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, mature, team oriented, and clinically coachable. The ideal candidate is someone who understands that dentistry is not only about procedures, it is about showing up, supporting the team, taking care of patients and helping the office run smoothly.

Ideal Schedule:
We are especially looking for: Thursdays
Fridays
Wednesday (evenings)
Exact schedule can be discussed, but reliability and consistence are essential.

Team- oriented
Comfortable doing exams and supporting hygiene flow.

Good with patients
Willing to learn and be coached.

Comfortable in a family practice environment
Able to communicate well with staff and patients
Interest in being part of a stable, respected practice
Available for Thurs/Friday coverage.

Clinical Responsibilities May Include
Comprehensive Exams
Hygiene Checks
Restorative Dentistry
Crown and Bridge
Simple extractions if comfortable
Emergency exams
Treatment Planning
Patient education
General Family Dentistry
Current Doctors also do Endodontics, Invisalign, Implant placement.

We are open to an experienced dentist or a highly mature newer dentist with the right attitude, reliability, and communication skills.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience and fit
