Magnuson Dental is expanding, and we're looking for an Associate General Dentist to join our team across our Eugene and Harrisburg, Oregon locations. We're a multi-location practice built on decades of combined experience, top-tier technology, and a genuine commitment to mentorship — and we're looking for a dentist who wants to grow with us, whether that means building a long-term associate career or eventually stepping into ownership.

The Opportunity
Full-time or part-time — flexible to fit the right candidate
Salary of $240,000/year for full-time dentists, through the end of 2027, with a percentage-of-production compensation structure
Schedule is partially built and growing — our current doctor is willing to give up a day to help fill your schedule quickly
New grads to experienced dentists are welcome to apply
Long-term associate role or partnership/buy-in track available — your choice, based on your goals
