Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Associate General Dentist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and interested in a clearly defined pathway toward ownership. This role is perfect for an ambitious clinician who wants to grow clinically, lead clinically, and eventually own equity in a thriving practice.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
3–5+ years of strong clinical experience (post-residency preferred)
Completion of GPR, VA, or AEGD residency strongly preferred

High ethical standards and a genuine passion for patient-centered care
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Ambitious and entrepreneurial — interested in leadership and future ownership
