Edge Dental Designs is a privately owned dental practice in McKinney seeking a full-time Associate Dentist for a long-term position.

We are looking for a personable, motivated dentist who provides high-quality care, communicates treatment confidently, and wants to build strong patient relationships while growing with the practice.

Compensation
Greater of $800/day guarantee or 30% of adjusted production during the initial 90 days
30% of adjusted production thereafter
Uncapped production-based earning potential
Schedule
Monday: 11 AM–7 PM
Tuesday: 11 AM–7 PM
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: 11 AM–7 PM
Friday: 9 AM–3 PM
Saturday: 9 AM–3 PM, every other Saturday
Sunday: Off
Approximately 30 clinical hours per week

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license or eligibility for Texas licensure
Strong restorative, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills
Excellent communication and chairside manner
Ability to independently manage a general dentistry schedule
Dependable, ethical, and patient-focused
Clinical experience preferred. Strong early-career dentists and GPR/AEGD graduates will also be considered.

Experience with endodontics, extractions, Invisalign, implants, or other advanced procedures is a plus but not required.
