Overview
Join our dynamic dental team as an Associate Dentist and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dental treatment. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental services, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of infection control and medical documentation. 1-2 years experience minimum***
Compensation
30-33% Net Production, 3-4 Clinical Days Monday through Thursday

Duties
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, direct and indirect restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, removable prosth, and implant restorations
Conduct thorough patient assessments, review medical histories, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office policies.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Operate dental imaging equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis.
Collaborate with the dental team using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Experience
Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting with a strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
Familiarity with dental practice management software
Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining a sterile environment.
Ability to assess patients comprehensively through clinical examination and medical history review.
Experience caring for geriatric patients
Excellent communication skills to educate patients about treatment plans and oral health maintenance.
Commitment to ongoing professional development in general dentistry and related specialties.
