Job Title: Associate Dentist
Independent Private Practice Location: Harrisonburg/Rockingham, VA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Schedule)

Our office features modern dental technology, including CBCT / digital scanners/Digital X-Rays to ensure you can perform comprehensive general dentistry at the highest level.
Competitive production-based compensation with a negotiable commission structure.
Excellent earning potential with the opportunity earn $350,000+ annually.

Work-Life Balance: Flexible scheduling. 3 to 4 days a week, Monday–Thursday, with no weekends
Requirements: * DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program. * Active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain it). * Strong communication skills and a friendly chairside manner. * Open to both experienced clinicians and motivated new graduates looking for mentorship.
Pay: Up to $350,000.00 per year
