Part-Time Associate General Dentist
Smile Wellness is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Part-Time Associate General Dentist to join our growing practice in Northwest Hoboken, New Jersey.

Our practice has built a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and trust. As a pediatric-focused office, we have the unique opportunity to care for the parents and families of our existing patient base, as well as the growing adult population in our surrounding community. We are looking for a dentist who is excited to build long-term relationships with patients and become an integral part of our practice.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Has a minimum of 3 years of private practice experience.

Holds a current New Jersey dental license in good standing.

Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning through continuing education.

Has excellent communication skills and an outstanding chairside manner.

Is confident in comprehensive treatment planning and educating patients about their oral health.

Enjoys building trust and long-term patient relationships.

Is interested in growing and developing their own patient base within an established, highly regarded practice.

Works collaboratively with the entire team and contributes to a positive office culture.

Is dependable, hardworking, organized, and receptive to constructive feedback and mentorship.

Is seeking a long-term professional home, not a temporary position.

Has professional references available upon request.

Preferred (Not Required)
An interest in or experience with:
Dental sleep medicine
Airway-focused dentistry
Comprehensive, whole-health dentistry

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dental care.

Diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Educate patients and guide them through treatment recommendations.

Deliver exceptional clinical care with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate closely with our pediatric team and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Help grow the adult side of the practice by creating lasting relationships built on trust and quality care.
