Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by performing comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosing oral health issues, and providing effective treatment plans. Duties
Conduct thorough COMPREHENSIVE patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans.
Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures such as dental examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapies, cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose conditions accurately and plan treatments effectively.
Ensure strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and staff to deliver seamless patient care using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental terminology standards.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term dental wellness.
Requirements
Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate General Dentist.
Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical imaging techniques.
Ability to perform pediatric dentistry procedures and handle pediatric patients with compassion and professionalism.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on patient assessment and communication.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient confidentiality.
