Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our thriving practice with locations in Charles County and Anne Arundel, Maryland. This is an exceptional opportunity for a doctor who is looking to establish themselves in a practice that enjoys continuous growth and is committed to providing outstanding patient care. We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated clinician with excellent communication skills, exceptional chairside manner, and a strong work ethic who values teamwork and clinical excellence.
Our practice places special emphasis on patient-centered care, quality outcomes, and creating an exceptional experience for every patient. The ideal candidate will have experience in, or a strong desire to learn, oral surgery, molar endodontics, and implant placement. We welcome dentists of all experience levels and are committed to providing clinical mentorship and support to help our doctors continue to grow professionally.
This position offers immediate patient volume with an established and loyal patient base, allowing you to be productive from day one. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily minimum and a percentage of collections, with additional earning opportunities available for experienced candidates. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical benefits, 401(k), malpractice coverage, continuing education support, and long-term career growth opportunities. There is also a path to OWNERSHIP for the right person. Must be willing to work in both locations and continually expand your skill set. This is a NON DSO/corporate practice
