Associate General Dentist – Become a SUPER GP
Boca Dental & Braces | Las Vegas, Nevada
Full-Time = ONLY 4 Days Per Week
Are you tired of working in offices where you’re stuck doing hygiene checks, basic fillings, and getting referrals pushed out the door?
At Boca Dental & Braces, we are building elite-level General Dentists.
We are looking for motivated, energetic doctors who want to expand their clinical skillset, increase their production, and become true “SUPER GPs.”
Unlike many DSOs, we actively encourage and mentor our doctors to perform:
Implants
Surgical extractions
Root canals
Cosmetic dentistry
Full mouth rehabilitation
Advanced restorative
Complex treatment planning

Perform comprehensive dental treatment including:
exams
fillings
crowns
bridges
root canal therapy
extractions
implant restoration and placement (training available)
Diagnose and treatment plan comprehensive cases
Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with specialists and team members for optimal patient care
Deliver exceptional patient experiences
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree
Active Nevada dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and growth mindset
Passion for dentistry and patient care
New grads welcome if motivated and coachable
