Associate General Dentist – Marion, Massachusetts
Our growing dental practice in Marion, Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate General Dentist to join our vibrant team. We welcome both experienced dentists and new graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive and collaborative environment. Mentorship is available, and we are committed to helping our associate develop strong clinical skills while providing exceptional care to our community.

Planned Start Date
September 2026 or soon.
Work Schedule Expectations
3-5 clinical days per week
part-time or full-time both options available
1-2 Saturdays per month as part of the regular schedule

Role Overview
As an Associate General Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages while creating a welcoming and comfortable experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient examinations and assessments, including review of medical and dental histories
Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide general dentistry services such as restorative dentistry, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontic treatments
Perform procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, and other clinical treatments with strong attention to detail and patient comfort
Take and interpret dental radiographs for accurate diagnosis
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists using four-handed dentistry techniques to ensure efficient care
Utilize dental software systems such as Oryx for scheduling, charting, and patient management
Educate patients about oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Licensed or eligible for dental licensure in Massachusetts
Strong foundation in general dentistry procedures
Interest in comprehensive dentistry including crowns,dentures, Invisalign, implant restorations, extractions, and root canal therapy.
Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Experience in a dental office setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
