We're looking for an Associate Dentist to join our Womelsdorf office. New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply — we love teaching, and we'll set you up to grow into a confident, well-rounded clinician.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
Build trusting relationships with patients and clearly present treatment plans
Collaborate with our hygiene team and clinical team to deliver seamless care
Participate in case reviews, team huddles, and ongoing learning opportunities
Uphold our standards for clinical quality, patient communication, and team culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active or pending Pennsylvania dental license
DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered; practice-driven mindset
