Serving the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years, we are passionate about delivering quality, patient-centered dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. We are seeking a talented and motivated Dental Associate to join our team.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented general dentist to provide comprehensive dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate is committed to clinical excellence, has strong communication skills, eager to grow in leadership, and most importantly has a team player attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex dental procedures including exams, cleanings, SRPs, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, dentures, and extractions.
Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
Diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate patient records in our digital system.
Provide strong leadership to supporting staff members to ensure smooth clinical flow and positive team culture.
Qualifications:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Active Virginia dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
Commitment to continuing education and growth
