Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Canadian clinical experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Responsibilities:
General Dentistry
Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Perform comprehensive orthodontic consultations and assessments
Develop individualized orthodontic treatment plans
Create and manage Invisalign treatment plans
Make appropriate ClinCheck modifications and treatment adjustments
Provide Invisalign and other clear aligner treatments
Provide traditional and clear/ceramic braces, as applicable
Monitor orthodontic patients throughout treatment
Evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments
Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dental care
Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other general dental procedures within your scope
Diagnose and manage dental emergencies, infections, and urgent dental concerns
Evaluate teeth for restorability and develop appropriate treatment plans
Review X-rays, CBCT scans, photographs, and other diagnostic records
Discuss treatment options, risks, benefits, alternatives, and fees with patients
Provide high-quality, patient-centered dental care
Requirements:
DDS or DMD from an accredited Canadian or recognized international dental program
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience practicing in Canada
Valid license and registration with the provincial dental regulatory authority
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
