$125–$150/hour or competitive daily rate / percentage of production
Momentum Dental Care is seeking an experienced, confident General Dentist who can step into an established practice, manage a productive schedule, and provide excellent comprehensive care with a high level of independence.

This opportunity is ideal for a dentist looking for part-time, PRN, or temporary coverage with the possibility of developing into a longer-term position for the right fit.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a doctor who:
Has 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
Can independently diagnose, treatment plan, and present comprehensive care
Is comfortable managing a busy clinical schedule
Is confident with restorative dentistry, crown and bridge, and extractions
Can support hygiene, including SRP when appropriate
Communicates well with patients and the dental team
Is efficient, productive, dependable, and patient-focused
Takes ownership of the clinical day without requiring micromanagement
We value dentists who can walk in, lead their schedule, and keep patient care moving.

Clinical Opportunities

Restorative dentistry

Advanced procedures such as implants and larger comprehensive cases are available based on the doctor's experience and comfort level.

Schedule
Current clinical hours include:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM–7:00 PM
Select Saturdays may also be available
We are also considering expanded 8:00 AM–5:00 PM clinical days as our provider team grows.

Flexible scheduling is available. Doctors interested in 1–3 days per week, PRN coverage, or temporary coverage are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
$125–$150 per hour, depending on experience and arrangement
Daily-rate or percentage-of-production options may also be considered

Requirements
Active Virginia dental license
Current BLS certification
DEA registration as appropriate
General dentistry experience
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Experience with extractions, cosmetic dentistry, implants, CareStack, or advanced restorative dentistry is a plus but is not required.
