Responsibilities
Provide high-quality general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and restorative procedures.

Perform dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care.

Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members.

Conduct patient assessments to determine treatment needs and develop personalized care plans.

Maintain thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accuracy in medical records.

Apply infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to safeguard patient health during all procedures.

Use dental imaging tools and knowledge of anatomy to enhance diagnosis and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize efficiency and patient comfort.

Stay current with industry standards by engaging in ongoing education related to pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other specialties as needed.

Uphold all policies related to HIPAA and medical documentation standards while delivering compassionate patient care.

Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility for practice as a general dentist in PA.

Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings with familiarity using practice management software.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, and anatomy relevant to general dentistry procedures.

Demonstrated expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and infection control practices.

Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective treatment plans aligned with best practices.

Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures clearly to patients of all ages including pediatrics.

Commitment to adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records.

Experience with dental fabrication processes is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.

Russian, Ukrainian-speaking or other Eastern European language skills are a significant plus
Pay: $72,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
