General Dentist – Part-Time Position
Perrysburg, Ohio
About Our Practice
Our office is a well-established, patient-centered general dentistry practice located in Perrysburg, Ohio. Our modern, efficiently operated office is committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive dental care in a supportive and collaborative environment. As we continue to grow, we remain dedicated to clinical excellence, exceptional patient experiences, and a positive team culture.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days per week (7-hour shifts). This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no evenings or weekends, while providing the opportunity to practice in a thriving private practice with strong earning potential and a supportive clinical team.
Compensation and Benefits
Hybrid compensation model: $850 daily guarantee or 32% of adjusted production, whichever is greater.
4% employer 401(k) match.
Prorated malpractice insurance coverage (added to the practice’s existing policy).
All laboratory fees covered by the practice.
Note: As a part-time position, health insurance and formal continuing education stipends are not provided. The competitive compensation, flexible schedule, and professional growth opportunities make this an attractive role.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Current CPR certification.
Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative procedures, crown and bridge, endodontics, extractions, and routine oral surgery.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine patient-centered approach.
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply; full mentorship and clinical support will be provided.
