Associate General Dentist

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Associate General Dentist to join our growing team.

As an Associate Dentist, you’ll have the opportunity to provide a broad range of comprehensive dental services while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dentistry
Perform procedures including deep cleaning, fillings, crowns and bridges
Provide treatment for patients across a range of ages and clinical needs
Educate patients on their oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
Establish strong, lasting relationships with patients through compassionate and personalized care
Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation
Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, infection-control, and state regulatory requirements
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, administrative staff, and dental specialists to provide seamless patient care
Coordinate referrals when specialty treatment is indicated
Utilize modern dental technology and practice-management systems
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
What We're Looking For
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
Active dental license in California and in good standing
Strong clinical skills and sound diagnostic judgment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment
Comfortable treating a variety of dental conditions and patient needs
