Dignity Dental Care is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and productive Associate General Dentist to join our growing San Jose practice.

We are looking for a doctor who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality dentistry while building lasting patient relationships.

Compensation
Starting guarantee: $900 per day
Production-based bonus/commission with excellent earning potential

Qualifications
Active California DDS or DMD license
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a productive, fast-paced practice
Clinical Skills
The ideal candidate should be confident performing:
Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
Composite restorations
Crown and bridge procedures
Fixed prosthodontics
Root canal therapy on anterior teeth, premolars, and molars
Simple and surgical extractions (preferred)
Implant crown restorations (preferred)
Emergency dental treatment
Preventive and restorative dentistry

Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.

Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment during all procedures.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.

Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.

Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve service quality and patient outcomes.
